2. Occupancy & Suitability
- The cabin is designed primarily for couples.
- Maximum occupancy is two adults, with the option of one baby.
- A travel cot can be provided on request.
- The property is not suitable for children beyond infancy.
3. Dogs & Animals
- Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
- This policy is strictly enforced due to the presence of livestock and the working farm environment.
- Guests arriving with pets may be refused access without compensation.
4. Behaviour & Noise
- Guests must respect the quiet, rural nature of the location.
- Excessive noise, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight unless agreed in advance.

7. Stargazing Telescope
- A telescope is available for guest use by prior request.
- Guests are responsible for its safe and careful handling during their stay.

- Kerry's Gate Cabin operates using solar energy.
- Guests are asked to use electricity, water, and heating thoughtfully.
- Wi-Fi is provided for convenience but is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for work purposes.
9. Cleanliness & Care of the Cabin
- The cabin should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please report any breakages or issues as soon as possible.
- Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning or damage.
10. Health, Safety & Liability
- Guests stay at Kerry's Gate Cabin at their own risk.
- The owners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
- The rural setting includes uneven ground, wildlife, and farm-related hazards, so guests should take appropriate care.

- Smoking is only permitted outdoors and all cigarette ends must be disposed of safely.
