Guests receive a generous welcome hamper from the owner, which typically includes:

Is Kerry's Gate Cabin suitable for guests with mobility needs?+

Kerry's Gate Cabin may be suitable for some guests with limited mobility, but it is not fully step-free. We strongly recommend contacting us before booking to discuss individual needs.

Travel & Parking

  • Parking is immediately next to the cabin
  • The parking area is gravelled
  • There is enough space to manoeuvre a wheelchair beside the vehicle

Access to the Cabin

  • There are five steps up to the cabin. Each step is approx. 85cm wide and 10cm high
  • Front door width: 85cm
  • Bathroom door width: 80cm

Bathroom & Shower

  • Walk-in shower with a 2cm lip
  • Fixed (non-adjustable) bathroom mirror

Mobility Aids & Equipment

  • There are no permanent accessibility fittings installed
  • Guests are welcome to bring temporary or portable accessibility aids
